Our Story

Phase 01

We started as an electrical contractor, built by people who came up through the trades — union electricians and carpenters who had already spent years on commercial job sites before going out on their own. That's the foundation everything else was built on: framing, painting, remodels, ground-up construction. We learned the business by doing the work, not managing it from a distance.

TRADE ROOTS

Phase 02

Demand outpaced capacity fast. Within about eighteen months, we moved into larger commercial facility work — electrical and general contracting for Fortune 500 commercial facilities — and kept the same operating rule we still use today: self-perform what we can, subcontract only what we must.

COMMERCIAL GROWTH

Phase 03

We committed to the federal market and went all-in on learning it. Within six months, we secured two IDIQ task order contracts on Oahu — providing general services and facility support at Pearl Harbor and at Wheeler Army Airfield / Schofield Barracks,five-year terms running through 2028.

FEDERAL ENTRY

Phase 04

Headquarters moved to Tampa while operations continued in California and Hawaii. Today we're active at MacDill Air Force Base — hurricane recovery, disaster repair, federal facility renovation, interior construction, and DDC building automation— with reach into Miami, Jacksonville, and Orlando through partner relationships.
